ANGLE IRON RINGS

Pressed (3" thru 14") and rolled (15" and up) carbon steel prepunched angle iron flanges used in joining ductwork together. Conklin stocks diameters of 3" thru 54". Galvanized, aluminum, and stainless steel are available thru special order. Two ways to install: 1. Welded to pipe. 2. Put a 1/2" or 1" flange on end of spiral or blowpipe, slide ring on to pipe and butt to flange, then bolt together.

BLAST GATES

Cast aluminum full blast gates with galvanized steel slide gates. Used to balance systems, save air, heat and power when machine not in use. Furnished with set screws so blade can be firmly placed for volume control. Conklin stocks these gates in diameters of 3" thru 16". Larger diameters up to 20" are available thru special order.

LONG RADIUS ELBOWS

Long radius Kirk and Blum elbows - 45 degree (#805) and 90 degree (#804). One piece elbow that is machine formed, not air tight. Centerline radius is 2-1/2 times the elbow diameter (i.e. 6" elbow has CLR of 15"). Conklin stocks these elbows in diameters of 3" thru 8" 22 Ga. and 9" thru 12" 20 Ga.
