Glass Master SG-220 Grooving Machine for Ductboard

The Glass Master SG-220 Grooving Machine cuts and grooves Ductboard 15 to 20 times faster than by hand.

Easily adaptable to groove 1″, 1-1/2″ and 2″ Board. Each tool holder has a unique measuring tab for easy and accurate groove spacing. Quick-release clamps allow for rapid positioning.

Duct Board is a fiberglass product with an aluminum foil surface exposed to the airstream. Duct board is an alternative to galvanized steel in the fabrication of rectangular duct.  Used most in specific regions and on specific types of jobs including apartments, condos, and residential new construction, specifically tract homes.

Conklin stocks 1”, 1-1/2”, and 2” thickness—R value of 4.2, 6, and 8 respectively. Available in 48” x 120” sheets in boxes or on pallets.

Powered by a heavy-duty electric motor, multiple upper and lower drive rollers quickly pass the Duct Board through Blades producing consistent contours and Duct dimensions.
