Factory Model: Model 17-000
Every shop needs a Heavy Gauge Pittsburgh Machine because some commercial jobs specify Duct in 18 or 16 gauge thickness. For these jobs, a shop with only a Standard 20 gauge capacity Pittsburgh machine would be forced to weld the longitudinal seams, thus increasing their labor costs significantly.
This 7 station machine uses 1-3/8” of material to rollform the 1/2” Deep Female Pittsburgh Pocket with a Capacity of 16-24 gauge.
Built on the Left outboard side and running in a Right To Left flow at 45 ft / min, this machine has an additional Right Outboard side for an additional set of forming rolls, the most common of which is the 7/16″ Right Angle Male Pittsburgh.

Double matched “V” belts are driven by a 3-hp motor on standard 3-phase power. 3-piece shaft design virtually eliminates the high maintenance costs associated with other brands single shaft type.
