For any shop making radius elbows and fittings on a daily basis, the 20 ga capacity Power Flanger flows left to right, forming a 90 degree Right Angle Flange on a curve. Available in two models: the 7/32” flange height for those shops replicating height made by their Easy Edger or Hand Flanger and in a ¼” for shops who view the small male Pitts ideally as a ¼” flange height. Conklin stocks only the 1/4″ model.

- Pressure knob for the two forming Rolls of Male Pitts loosens the tension and allows the flange to be turned on a tight radius for the throat. More pressure for outside Radius and less pressure for inside radius
