LM1010-2X Operator’s Manual
Conklin stocks the Tennsmith 10 ft 10 ga capacity Mechanical Shear as a “Performance Package” with Rear Drop and the unique 2XR Backgauge. This 2X allows operator to position the back stop from 0-30″ with only two rotations of the handle with speed and precision.
Weighing in at 9,400-lbs, this machine runs standard off of 230volt/3phase electrics.
Performance Package includes 4-FT Squaring Arm, pair of Front Support Arms, and an Air Operated Sheet Support System with Rear material drop. 35-strokes per minute. The holding mechanism on this machine is individual hold down feet which exerts greater holding force particularly in the center of the machine.

The LM Series shears come standard with the 2x front operated back-gauge system including the Model LM1010-2x. The Models LM1010, LM1210 and LM1316 come standard with a front operated 30-Inch powered back-gauge system.
The LM Series Performance Package includes: Five Foot Squaring Arm, Two Front Support Arms, and Air Operated Sheet Support System.
Package “R” is the Rear Return Sheet Support System and Package “F” is the Front Return Sheet Support System
