36″ 22 Gauge Slip Roll with 2″ Diameter Rolls. Driven by 2-rolls – the upper and lower: the back Roll is a idler roll only moves when it is in contact with the metal. Note: Stand not included.
Two front rolls that sit almost on top of one another are the initial pinch rolls, the back roller is the bending roll. How tight the bending roll is adjusted to the two pinch rolls will determine the degree of the curve. This back bending roll comes standard with an Alignment Groove that runs across the Longitudinal of the roll. As the workpiece goes into groove, it squares up for proper forming serving the purpose like a square arm would serve to a 52″ Shear. Wiring Grooves are standard on the bottom of the two front rolls.
