Installation Instructions
UL 1978 Listed. Available with optional hinge. No special tools to remove. Dramatically reduces installation time. Meets NFPA 96 Standards. Top plate is completely removable for easy cleaning.
Ultimate Door II weld-on style used on “NEW” grease duct and not with existing grease duct. Ultimate Door II is available with a hinge option as well so that the door can be opened but not removed.
Make sure to order based on Opening size; the physical size will be 2″ larger on each dimension (12 x8 door will measure 14 x 10)
Example Item: DW128ULBI (standard weld-on style door that would be used if there is no fire wrap)

If contractor is using fire wrap on the duct and would like to use the Ultimate Door II two options are available:
