Vicon TDX 16 Station Rollformer

A TDF Flange is more difficult to form and requires a 16-station rollformer, whereas a TDC profile can be produced on a 12-station rollformer.  This poses a question to the contractor:

Which profile do you want?

Since there’s no such thing as “a piece” of TDC or TDF flange because TDC and TDF flange aren’t separate components on their own but instead a fabricated section run off of a machine, the topic of this flange is less about the part itself and more about the machine that makes it.

Conklin sells more TDC profile simply because the 12 station rollformer is about $10K less money and it doesn’t run anything but the C profile.  Most all of our sales of the Vicon 16 station TDX Rollformer have been with the TDF profile unless it’s an it’s a TDC shop that wants to stick with TDC because they have TDC in their coil line for the straight duct runs.
