Brand Duro Dyne® Manufacturer Duro Dyne This lightweight tech bag contains everything a technician needs to make an aluminum coil repair. It has straps capable of attaching to either a belt or bag. The kit includes a Cleaning Rag, Alloy Sol and Flux, Al-Cop Braze, and a Wire Brush.
- Al-Cop brazing rods provide a unique aluminum-to-copper brazing rod with a flux core that makes brazing aluminum to copper line sets quick and easy. They form strong bonds that will endure the life of the fittings—a complete fix that withstands the test of time and pressure.
- Alloy Sol aluminum repair and joining rods flow at half the melting temperature of aluminum and provide a repair strength of 30,000 PSI welding pressure. The flux decontaminates the aluminum repair area, so no pre-cleaning is needed; it even works through painted and greasy surfaces.
- Alloy Sol Flux is a powdered flux used for brazing aluminum and aluminum-based alloys. It wets the joining surfaces thoroughly and prevents entrapment of aluminum oxide inclusions in the joints. It can be used as supplied or mixed with water to form a paste.
- Cleaning Rag – Red
