Analytics (Google Analytics 4) — Internet & network activity (anonymized).
Live chat (Tidio) — Identifiers; Communications.
Tax calculation (Avalara) — Identifiers; Commercial information; Location information.
ERP and order management (Prophet 21 / P21) — Identifiers; Commercial information; Financial information; Business credentials. Customer account, pricing, and order data is processed and stored in P21.
Email and marketing communications — Identifiers; Commercial information (for transactional and, where applicable, permitted marketing emails).

These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and may only use it to provide services to us. We disclose these categories of information to service providers as described above — not for their own independent marketing or business purposes.

We may also disclose your information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Conklin, our customers, or others. In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of substantially all of our assets, customer information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy. Retention periods are determined based on the nature of the data, applicable legal requirements, and legitimate business needs — including maintaining your account, fulfilling orders, resolving disputes, and enforcing our agreements. Order and transaction records may be retained for up to seven (7) years to satisfy tax and audit requirements.
