Compared to the MF-12A, the CCD110N produces a somewhat weaker weld, but it provides sufficient weld strength for many applications. Its advantages include a lighter unit, longer and more flexible cables, and true portability, making it easy to move around the shop or take to a jobsite.
This capacitive discharge welding machine uses a spring-loaded process. The operator pushes down to apply pressure, slowly releases the pressure, and pulls the trigger to complete the weld.
Operates on 110 volts and is capable of welding 1/2" and 1" pins to metal as thick as 16 gauge, as well as 2" liner pins to metal as thin as 20 gauge. Includes 25 feet of gun cable and 25 feet of ground cable.
