Empire Rotary Machine with 3/8" Single Bead Rolls, with Fwd/Rev foot pedal - 110V/1Ph
Brand Empire Machinery Phase 1PH Voltage 110V Manufacturer Empire Machinery Type Electric We offer three models of this Power Rotary Machine: the Hand Crank, Air Cylinder, and Hydraulic Cylinder. All three models include the Hand Crank. The base model is our top seller, followed by the Air Cylinder model, which speeds up beading (or crimping) operations on spiral fittings. The Hydraulic Cylinder model is recommended for shops that work exclusively with Vanstone flanges.
Flanging rolls require a controlled step-down of the upper shaft, which is possible only with the Hand Crank or Hydraulic Cylinder models. Shops that prefer the speed of the Air Cylinder but also need to perform flanging can simply remove the cylinder when needed. Removing the cylinder and installing the Hand Crank takes about two minutes.
All machines come with a foot pedal. For manual machines (#36001), you can choose either a variable-speed pedal or a forward/reverse pedal. The standard foot pedal has speed control on the dial, while the variable-speed pedal adjusts speed according to how far the pedal is pressed.

#37019 — Elbow Edge Rolls Item Code: EM-37019

What Are the 1/2" Offset Rolls?
Some shops weld or spot-weld gores together instead of using a Gorelocker and connecting them with a standing seam. This method is typically used with 18-gauge and heavier materials. One end of the gore (segment) is flared outward, and the other end fits inside it. The ends are then spot-welded or welded together. The welded elbow shown below is an example: the ends are offset before the elbow is assembled and welded.
