Brand Knucklehead Manufacturer Green Link Engineering Strut KnuckleHeads are engineered to accommodate steel or aluminum channel which can be configured to support all types of HVAC equipment such as air conditioning units and multiple conduit lines, or for installing solar arrays at proper angles.
Height extensions up to 12” are available.

Strut Supports are designed for a wide variety of applications including air conditioning units, solar panels, oversized pipes and other HVAC equipment that is to be installed on commercial roofs. Strut Supports are designed to accommodate standard metal struts which can provide a framework for keeping equipment elevated off the roof’s surface. Each KnuckleHead can support up to 600 lbs. Units can be spaced to evenly distribute the load of the heaviest equipment. KnuckleHead extensions are available for raising roof-mounted pipes and equipment to higher elevations up to 18”. Strut supports are lightweight, so they add little to total roof load, preventing low points and depressions that invite ponding water and ice build-up.

- Strong, tough, weatherproof, UV stable, impervious to freeze-thaw cycles
- Height is adjustable by rotating head — total height ranges from 3.2” – 5” depending on strut size
