Height extensions up to 18” are available.

KnuckleHead Lite Pipe Supports are designed for a wide variety of roof applications including PVC, condensation pipes, electrical conduit and other types of lines. The KnuckleHead Lite Pipe System can support a single 1.315-inch outside diameter pipe (1-inch nominal) or two 0.840-inch outside diameter pipes (1/2-inch nominal).
Each KnuckleHead can support up to 600 lbs. Units can be spaced to evenly distribute the load of the heaviest equipment. KnuckleHead extensions are available for raising roof-mounted pipes and equipment to higher elevations up to 18”. Lite Pipe KnuckleHeads are lightweight, so they add little to the total roof load, preventing low points and depressions that invite ponding water and ice build-up
- Lite Pipe KnuckleHead supports a single 1.315-inch outside diameter pipe or two 0.840-inch outside diameter pipes
- Height is adjustable by rotating head-total height ranges from 2” to 3.2” elevation
- Each KnuckleHead is able to support up to 600 lbs.
- Molded from GREEN LINK glass-reinforced nylon resin, which has metal-like properties
- Strong, tough, weatherproof, impervious to freeze-thaw cycles
- Matte-finish nylon allows bonding with adhesive
- Base designed for adhesive attachment or mechanical fastening for seismic/wind uplift specification
- The Universal Base can be loose-laid or attached using adhesive and/or screws
- Tough polymer KnuckleCaps keep pipes secure
- KnucklePads protect the roof membrane and reduce movement resulting from equipment vibration and wind
