A Full Wrap Coil Line refers to one that produces Rectangular Duct Sections in one piece, with only a single longitudinal seam to close. Most of these Lines also physically “wrap” around to form a U-shape but this is because the footprint would otherwise be very long and require lots of walking by the operators.

The benefit of a Full Coil Line is that a shop is able to automate the fabrication Straight Duct sections of 56″ (if TDC/F) or 59″ (if S and Drive) in either two piece L sections—common in S and Drive Duct which is sent out to the Job Site Nested—or one piece Full Wrap sections (common in TDC/F).

For a Coil Line to qualify as a “Full Coil Line” it must run both Male and Female Pittsburgh and Male and Female Snaplock, and it must have both Dual Drive Turn Rollformers and Dual TDF Rollformers.

The Full Coil Line also has the pass thru option for processing 5 x 10 sheets included as standard.
