Vicon Full Wrap Coil Line
In a typical rectangular duct job, 75% is comprised of straight runs of Duct. Automating the fabrication of these Duct Sections can take a 2 day process to a 2 hour one. Vicon intentionally manufacturers their Coil Lines so that the contractor can dip their toes in the water with a Front End Line that is expandable to a Full Wrap Line at a later date, thus avoiding having to purchase another machine when they decide to go “Full Wrap”.
A Full Wrap Line is comprised of several stations, each built independently so that shops can modify to suit their desired production needs. We’ve profiled each of these stations below. Click and open for more information on each.
