Vicon’s software automatically downsizes liner cuts to match the mated metal fitting, like this cheek of a square-backed elbow.

Vicon 510 SL Liner Cutting Table—a machine that does for liner what the Plasma Table does for metal: reduce labor costs and scrap. Vicon’s SL indicates Single Liner and is available in 5 x 10 or 5 x 20 table sizes. these tables sync with the Plasma Table to cut out Liner shapes that mate with the Plasma Table cuts.

Vicon’s Liner Cutting Table would reduce this drop significantly.

Vicon’s 510-SL Liner Cutting System uses a roto zip cutter.

Just as Plasma Tables save contractors on metal drop, Liner Cutting Tables does the exact same on Liner drop.

Using the same software but with a router bit instead of a torch, these Liner Cutting systems are identical to Plasma Tables in their purpose of savings in speed, labor and material waste.

Interfaces with the Plasma Table to automatically cut out the corresponding downsized duct liner to the metal that’s been cut out on the plasma using Vicon’s patented Bar Code Scanning option.

Software automatically downsizes the Liner cut out for the matching metal cut out.

Plasma Table adds sticker labels on each Metal cut out with a number (along with a name and sketch of the finished fitting). Shops with the Liner system will usually write the number on the Liner cut out for easy match up.
