Plasma tables cut out the Gores in the flat; these are then rolled and stitched. The Gorelocker rollforms a Double Flange  on one of the edges of each Gore. This Double Flange will serve as the Female Seam. Then, with a simple press of a button, the table drops down and, by shortening the entry point of the edge, rollforms a male Single Flange on the other edge. At this point each Gore has a Female Double Flange on one edge and a Male Single Flange on the other. The Gores are then seated and hammered securely into one another.

The second station of the Combi T works like a Pittsburgh Seamcloser by closing the Female over the Single Flange to form a Standing Seam connection that’s the defining characteristic of a Gorelocked Elbow or fitting. 5″ thru 50″ diameter, 16 ga (Galvanized) capacity.

Optional: Flange Roller Plus

Rollers with a knurled pattern to better grip the work piece on steel/angled fittings (typically used on type of fittings that will ultimately restrict airflow)
