Vicon’s Liner Cutting System is available in a 5 x 10 Table (HVAC 510-SL) or a 5 x 20 Table (HVAC 520-SL). The SL stands for “Single Liner” or a “stand alone” Liner Cutting system , designed to cut out Fiberglass Liner fittings just as the Plasma Table cuts out metal fittings.
Complete with the router bit cutting apparatus on the Gantry and the cutting software that interfaces with the shop’s Plasma Table, the SL Cutting System is ideal for a shop that prefers to use the machine solely for Liner Cutting and use their existing Plasma Table to burn out the mating metal flat PCs.
