Spec Sheet

nVent RAYCHEM HWAT self-regulating trace heating cables maintain water temperatures in a building’s hot water distribution network. Installed underneath the thermal insulation, they automatically compensate for pipe heat losses where they occur and provide an energy efficient solution.

  • Simple to design: single pipe instead of recirculation system
  • Branch lines, instant hot water at tap: for reduced tap times and water waste, water maintained at specific temperatures, no return pipework or return of cold water into the water heater
  • Easy to install: cut to length, meter marks, simple fast RayClic connections
  • Energy efficient and safe: no overheating, advanced energy saving and monitoring with HWAT-ECO or ACS-30 controller
  • Reliable during long life: 10 year product warranty available, aluminum foil layer to protect from chemical ingress, maintenance free

Conductor Material: Nickel-Plated Copper
Outer Jacket Material: Modified Polyolefin
Ground Path Type: Braid
