Now one operator can complete the whole operation; from wrapping perforated spiral with insulation, to sliding on the outer spiral shell… saving time, labor and floor space! With a 600lb. capacity, it enables you to insulate 10” to 36” spiral and up to 60” with adapter. The SideLiner can be easily moved around the shop and used for a variety of operations such as flange. Weld-pins attach to the perforated spiral, allowing you to fasten the liner and advance the spindle so the insulation wraps around the perforated spiral. Cut the insulation off at the proper length and tape the butted ends together, or use the weld-pins.
