Single Vane Runners are an alternative to Double Wall Vane. SMACNA standards are 4-1/2” wide 22 ga Galvanized at 3-1/4” spacing. Duro Dyne’s VR2 meets this spec and has for decades been THE Standard for Single Vane. The dimples with slits single the single wall vane; Duro Dyne makes these slits deeper and incorporates a more rigid stamping which makes the rail on the VR2 much easier to work with.
Also available but quite uncommon is the smaller version of the VR2 called JVR2. This product meets the SMACNA specification of small vane which is 2” wide material of 24 ga, 1-1/2” spacing.
VR2 Vane Rail is intended for single wall vanes but can accommodate double wall vane as shown in photo
VR2 comes rolled (100 ft) in a yellow box; JVR2 is 200 ft per box
